I graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School, where I worked as Student Articles Editor of Law Review.
I have been a practicing trial attorney for over 22 years in San Diego.
I have worked in a wide range of areas of the law, but found my calling in Trust and Estate Litigation.
I specialize in Elder Abuse and Undue Influence cases, as well as heirship determinations.
Jasmine J. Dwerlkotte, Esq
My current practice area is exclusively trust and estates litigation, including disputed conservatorship matters and court-appointed assignments.
I graduated early from California Western School of Law obtaining my degree in 2 ½ years. Before graduating law school, I worked at a Trust and Estates Firm, and completed a judicial externship with the Probate Division of the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego.
Since being admitted to the State Bar of California in July 2020, I have worked in civil litigation, specifically insurance defense litigation, and worked on cases throughout California in both State and Federal courts.
